This nylon tube has been developed for use on machinery in areas exposed to welding sparks and spatter. It is now possible to use inexpensive flexible tubing to locations previous only achieved using ferrous or non-ferrous rigid metal tubing or costly metallic braided flexible pipes. The poly-elastomer nylon tube has very good resistance to oils, solvents and hot fluids as well as excellent abrasion, impact and creep strength. It can be used for a temperature range between -40 Celsius and 120 Celsius. Weld spatter tubing is extensively used as a flame retarding cover for cable, wire tube etc.
