Aluminum PCB is one of the technologies for producing prototype circuit board, involving using a base of excellent heat and electric conductivity. Printed circuit board can provide a perfect base for aluminum to dissipate the heat without using extra heat sinks. This printed circuit board has 8 layer and 1.6mm thickness, providing rigid multi-layer sampling for our customers. We also have the gold plating on the connectors. The normal lead-time for this item will be 8 days while express lead-time for only 4 days.
Aluminum PCB is commonly used for main power transmission lines, reducing the effect of thermal stress on all components; accordingly, it increases the durability of the product. Other than aluminum boards, there are still many other materials we use for PCB fabrication, including FR4, Flexi boards, Flexi-rigid boards, Isola 408, Isola 406, etc.
