• TTS-6T：Optic grade series, by utilizing special film in order to increase the erosion resistance, anti-adhesion and spotless injection ability. It is the best option for transparent or white plastics.
• TTS-V：Wear resistance grade series, for promoting the mechanical strength of plastic products; employing glass fiber or carbon fiber as the additive is unavoidable. This type of the screw will use imported high flexible and high wear resistance tool steel as the base metal. In terms of strength and wear resistance, it is greatly superior to the Thermal spray screw (PTA Screw).
• TTS-M：Wear resistance and corrosion resistance grade series; it is particularly aimed at plastic material with features of both wear resistance and corrosion resistance to produce screws with the same features. It employs imported high chromium content tool steel and exhibits outstanding performance in wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

To satisfy the requirement of straightness as in generally processing the screws, heat treatment is adopted prior to mechanical processing in order to reduce the difficulties of the straightening process. It nevertheless may increase the cost of mechanical processing; otherwise, it may reduce the screw strength. For reducing such faults appearing in general screws, TTMC developed a series of TTS screws, with special heat treatment and straightening process so that the heat treatment is conducted after mechanical processing, to satisfy the requirements of screw straightness and strength.
