It have three difference styles that we provided for your products which suit on consumption market:
wrapping-shrinking; sleeve-pack; handle-pack. Like all FMS machines, the 2000 WA Sleever is designed and built for three shift round-the-clock performance.
FMS machines are rugged, durable and quiet - with low maintenance and high reliability. Efficient sleeve feed and forming, sleeves are placed into a horizontal powered magazine. The leading sleeve is pulled from the magazine by multiple rotary vacuum cups which place the sleeve into transport lugs. Changeover: The 2000 WA uses digital gauges for quick and easy three dimensional changeover. Manual changeover takes two operators 15 minutes or less, with no tools required. Optional automatic (motorized) changeover takes even less time. Change parts are minimal and feature quick release/lock down handles. FMS designs all machines with maintenance in mind. Gull wing clear polycarbonate top guards offer full visibility and quick entry. Full width lower hinged doors expose drive components, which are externally mounted for convenience. All shafts (even changeover shafts) are easily removed. Sleeve closing:
