Features
- The body of the furnace is made of flame-resistant, heat-retaining, and heat-resistant material by brick laying and melt pouring along with its exterior structure and integration design.
- It can utilize the heat properly and reduce the heat loss, thus maximizing its capabilities in melting and heat retaining.
- Imported burners and burning devices with automatic temperature control are applied. High heating speed and complete combustion will save energy and reduce costs.
- The temperature difference will be controlled within a ± 5 oC range after setting the temperature of the melting aluminum liquid.
- No additional iron and aluminum. It is suitable for manufacturing die-casting aluminum parts with high quality.
- The hot air current generated from combustion will be released at the top. The temperature outside the feeding entry is thus lowered, which can improve the working environment and enhance the working efficiency.
- The temperature outside the feeding entry is low, so the damage rate of the automatic ladle will be reduced.
- No crucibles or steel crucibles are used, so the long-term charge for the replacement of damaged crucibles can be avoided.
- Degasing device can be added to maintain a 0.2-0.3cc content of hydrogen in the melting aluminum liquid.
- If the directions of operation are followed correctly and the cleaning is performed regularly, the life of the machine will be longer than 4 years.
