YBV80 prestressed vacuum pump is a kind of negative presseure forming equipment of post tensioned pretressed channel vacuum auxiliary grouting. Before grouting, make the pump connect with a side of well-sealing channel,then start it ,make sure the pressure in the channel come up to -0.06-0.1Mpa and keep holding. Keep vacuuming and fill up with mud from the other side of channel. By effects of negative pressure, it can degrease the water cement ratio and clear up bubbles in the channel and cement paste, reduce amount of holes and bleeding, ensuring satiation, compactness and strength .
If this kind of vacuum pump matches up with plastic bellows and screw grouting machine, great effects achieved. And it can also match up with general iron bellows channels and piston mortar pump.
Plastic bellows and vacuum grouting solve many growing probloms including molding difficulties of prestressed channels, insufficient extension of prestressed tension and difficult to full grouting channels, raising the channel quality and grouting quality on a new level.
The ultimate vacuum is -0.09MPa(33mpr).Considering requested negative pressure of vacuum auxiliary grouting is -0.06~-0.1MPa,cavitation protection has to be open when the pressure is -0.09MPa, in case that cavitation corrosion result in mechanical wear, prolonging the pump body life.
