Features
- Advantages:
- High frequency heating is functioned by means of the heating-up of the object itself, therefore, the speed of heating is faster and the loss of heat is lesser.
- The efficiency of high frequency heating is higher than that of an electric hot-air dryer by 50%. That is, the cost of energy consumption will be reduced by 50%.
- When high frequency heating method is used, products with different density and water content can be heated effectively at the same time.
- The average of water content of products dried by high frequency heating can be kept within 1%, thus maintain thier good quality.
- The advantages in using high frequency heating is that while portions with higher water content can conduct heat more easily, portions with less water content will not heat up itself, in this way, the good quallity of the products being processed can be maintained, and deformation as well as discoloration resulted from overheat can be avoided.
