1. Cast iron machine frame design, very smooth operation maximum speed operation.
2. The main motor is ac motor, its speed is controlled by Japan made "yaskawa" brand inverter.
3. All the driving gears are treated with grinding & polishing to achieve very stable & silent operation, long lasting and accurate colors registration.
4. All the anilox rollers are with 300 LPI to ensure very clear & clear & beautiful printing.
5. All the guide rollers, plate cylinders, steel rollers, anilox rollers are treated with dynamic balance checking & chrome-plated.
6. When the plate cylinders stop running, the ink rubber rollers and anilox rollers will be continuously rotating to avoid the ink to be stuck on such rollers.
7. Using hydraulic system to set and adjust the plate cylinders.
8. Using hot (with 2 steps auto - temperature controller) and cold air drying system simultaneously to achieve fast ink drying.
9. Equipped with "film exhaustion scanner" on unwinding section, so if the film roll runs out, the machine will stop automatically.
10. Equipped with "clutch device" on each printing section, so if the colors registration is out during the machine's running, the operator can do the adjustment immediately just to push the button of "clutch device" without stopping the machine.
11. Equipped with "torque motor with controller" on the rewinding section to achieve very smooth & beautiful film rewinding.
