The rinser / filler / capper monoblock is designed to fill carbonated soft drinks into plastic bottle or glass bottle. The working principle is as follows,
1. The plastic bottles or glass bottles enter rinser through in-feed star wheel or in-feed screw.
2. The plastic bottles or glass bottles are rinsed.
3. The rinsed plastic bottles or glass bottles are transferred to filler through star wheel.
4. The plastic bottles or glass bottles are filled.
5. The filled plastic bottles or glass bottles are transferred to capper through star wheel
6. The plastic bottles or glass bottles are capped.
7. The capped plastic bottles or glass bottles are transferred to outlet conveyor through star wheel.
8. The plastic bottles or glass bottles are ready for next machine to handle.
