The filler / seamer monoblock is designed to fill carbonated soft drinks into aluminum can or tinplate can. The working principle is as follows,
1. The aluminum cans or tinplate cans enter filler through in-feed screw.
2. The aluminum cans or tinplate cans are filled.
3. The filled aluminum cans or tinplate cans are transferred to seamer through star wheel
4. The aluminum cans or tinplate cans are seamed.
5. The seamed aluminum cans or tinplate cans are transferred to outlet conveyor through star wheel.
6. The aluminum cans or tinplate cans are ready for next machine to handle.
