The wrap around packer is designed to pack the plastic bottles or glass bottles in the wrap around cartons. The working principle is as follows,
1. The plastic bottles or glass bottles are unscrambled before entering wrap around packer.
2. The unscrambled plastic bottles or glass bottles enter wrap around packer.
3. The unscrambled plastic bottles or glass bottles are loaded in the unformed wrap around carton and wrap around carton is getting formed after plastic bottles or glass bottles are loaded.
4. The spray gun sprays glue on the wrap around carton.
5. The wrap around carton is delivered to outlet conveyor.
6. The wrap around carton is ready for next machine to handle.
