Features

• The filling tank is of 70 Liter capacity. Double deck heating tank or tank with 100 Liter capacity are optional.
• The tube inside blower and vacuum cleaning devices are optional.
• The filling nozzle is equipped with suction back, down stroke and up stroke devices, so that the filler can be avoided to touch the tubes. Compressed air cutting device on the filler nozzle to prevent from the dropping of the filler is optional.
• All Parts get in touch with the filler are made of corrosionproof material SUS 304. SUS 316 material upon request.
• Easy to clean the filling pipelines during exchange the filler.
• The sealing method can select any of the above mentioned item1. (1), (2), and (3).
• This is machine provided 16 rotation tube holders for easy and convenient operation, and the replacement of the tubes of different tube diameter as will as the replacement of the tube holders can be completed within 5 minutes.
• The height of the tubes can be easily adjusted. The height of the working table is adjustable.
• For bigger filling capacity, various filling pistons are available:
• dia 58mm can fill 30~360ml
• dia 45mm can fill 30~160ml
• dia 20mm can fill 2~30ml
