• The locating point of tubes can be precisely controlled by a step motor with a photo-cell element.
• The machine is made of stainless steel to avoid any contamination due to any paint failure.
• The driving motor is installed under the working table, safe and space saving.
• Additional cooling and trimming devices are equipped after tube sealing for better appearance. Optional device for curved form tube sealing is available.
• Optional Swiss "RINCO" brand OEM ultrasonic generator can be equipped for better appearance of the sealed laminated tubes.
• The machine is equipped with a safety hood, switches and transparent acrylic window. The machine ON/OFF switches meet the requirements of EC safety specifications.
• The filling hopper can be equipped with additional feeding opening for supplement of fillers, to control the liquid level and supplement the filler at any time.
• Optional blowing and sucking device for removing any impurities inside any empty tube is available.
