Diesel Particulate Filter:
Diesel engine emissions are a major contributor to air pollution throughout the industrialized world. Fleets of city buses roar around crowded streets and emit heavy smoke caused from diesel fuel, which deteriorates air quality and endangers human health.
To reduce pollution from diesel engines, LYDS has developed an advanced CRT type catalyst regeneration systems designed especially for diesel particulates. During tests carried out in collaboration with the Taiwan EPA, these catalyst technologies were shown to reduce smoke on Taipei city buses equipped with engines ranging in size form 120 hp to 300 hp. Our advanced DPF systems that use thermal resistance metallic fibers typically achieve 70% more smoke reduction. The toxic matter can be removed at 80% more, and 70% more for CO and HC.
Diesel Oxidation Catalyst:
Diesel exhaust contents lots of harmful and toxic matter such as PM, CO, HC, NOx, TACs. Using our oxidation catalysts can reduce most of CO, HC, TACs and SOF. High reliable metallic honeycomb structure is used for wash coat support. Low back pressure and strong structure will ensure long catalyst life with health proof.
Catalyst For Volatile Organic Compound:
Organic compounds usually are used in many industrial process, and it will be vaporized easily during the process. The toxic volatile organic compounds have been tightly regulated by EPA. Using our advanced catalyst incineration technology, it can eliminate most toxic matters with lower operation cast and higher destructive rate. The toxic VOC such as benzene, toluene, xylem, naphtha, alcohol, ester, styrene, aldehyde, organic acid, odor, amine, and resinous odor, can be destroyed effectively.
