LYDS has developed purification system to reduce smoke and odor emitted from diesel generator set. The particulate will be trapped by ceramic filter or metallic filter then burn out by oxidation reaction. Catalyst is installed in the inlet of system. Catalyst will convert NOx into NO and then reaction with the particulate captured by filter. The regeneration step is completed when most of trapped particulate are burned. This system is very reliable and durable. We have installed these systems up to 2,000 kw.
