Features

The temperature regular uses a West Gulton(British) automatic PID micro-processor. Accuracy of the temperature is maintained to within +/-1 Celsius.
The state-of-the-art reflected indirect design combines with heat capacity compensation, steady air-flow, and isolation mesh to ensure that at on time do the SMD PC boards or parts experience physical reactions to the force of the air, the speed of the air-flow or the temperature. Nor are their color, accuracy, capture effect, materials, or size at any time affected.
The flexible conveyor system, with its adjustable mesh and self-regulating tension control design, guarantees even rotation, noiseless operation, elimination of stress, accuracy to two decimal places, and convenient, easy operation.
The chain-driven models incorporate a self-lowering conveyer belt.
A power-leakage circuit breaker guarantees the safety of the products and the operator.
The cooling system utilizes an " indirect curving section" cooling design to avoid the microscopic cracking and other changes in the PC boards that can result from rapid or uneven cooling.
The temperature control section has upper-limit temperature locking and an overheating alarm for double protection.
If the machine overheats or experiences other problems in operation, the monitoring system automatically opens the lid-no human intervention is necessary.

If power is lost, the lid can be manually opened, instantly dispersing the heat, and protecting the PC boards from harm.

Safety-slit design protect against overloading.
When the temperature exceeds 60 Celsius, the production line, cooling fan, and internal regulating fans automatically activate. Conversely, when the temperature drops below 60 Celsius, the line and fans automatically turn off.
Seven-day timer can be set to program daily usage.
Internal oven's high-quality ceramic lining and triple-layer insulation design offers excellent heat containment and high safety of operation.
