Bentonite used for metallurgical pellet is made of supreme ca-bentonite after being purified and modified. It has high methylene blue adsorption. The montmorillonite composition can reach more than 70%. It’s an ideal adhesive for metallurgical pellet. For different fine iron powders, the processing technology can be changed so as to produce different products that are in line with the powders. The adding amount of metallurgical pellet should be from 1.5% to 2.6%.
