The vehicle menu of DIGIMASTER-II indicates the respective chip or CPU type for each car model so that what you do is to select vehicle and do the relative operations according to wiring diagram, welding diagram or diagnosis possibilities shown in our picture. In all, the following are the odometer software in Digimaster-II programmer
I. Diagnostic socket: By connecting with the diagnostic socket without removing the cluster
Example: Odometer programming of an Audi A6
1. Turn ignition on
2. Connect the Digimaster-II to the OBD II plug and the diagnostic port
3. Select the menu Audi_DIAGNOSIS_AUTODETECT A6 (after 96)
4. The Digimaster-II shows you the current KM value
5. Input new KM
6. Check the new value with ok.
II. Cluster socket: By connecting the cluster socket without opening the cluster
Example: Odometer programming of a Mercedes C class W203
1. Remove the cluster
2. Select the menu Mercedes_C class _W203_MODE 2 ODO socket
3. Connect the C/E Class DiagProgAdapter with Digimaster-II. (Note: Please connect the C/E cable with the cluster socket firstly)
4. Select the menu NEXT
5. Input new KM
6. Check the new value with ok.
III. MEMORY On Board Programming: By welding chip onto proper adapter
Example: Odometer programming of a Honda HRV C46
1. Remove the cluster and open it
2. Select the menu Honda_HRV C46
3. Look for the location of the chip 93C46
4. Remove the chip and put it onto OBP adapter
5. Select the menu NEXT
6. File the data
7. The Digimaster-II shows you the current KM value
8. Input new KM
9. Check the new value with ok.
IV. MEMORY In Circuit Programming: By soldering contacts on the circuit board
Example: Odometer programming of a BMW 3 Series (2001 to 2003) M 35080
1. Remove the cluster and open it
2. Select the menu BMW_3 Ser_2001 to 2003 M35080
3. Connect ICP adapter with Digimaster-II
4. Solder the contacts according to the wiring diagram shown in the picture
5. Select the menu NEXT
6. File the data
7. The Digimaster-II shows you the current KM value
8. Input new KM
9. Check the new value with ok
V. MCU On Board Programming: By welding CPU onto proper adapter
Example: EZS programming of a Benz C Class W203 (from 2004 to2005 80 pins CPU)
1. Remove the cluster and open it
2. Select the menu Benz_C Class_W203 (from 2004 to2005 80 pins CPU)
3. Look for the Location of MC9S12
4. Remove the MCU and weld it onto 9S12 adapter shown in picture
5. Select the menu NEXT
6. File the data
7. The Digimaster-II shows you the current KM value
8. Input new KM
