The paper is newspapers that are fed into the machine by the Flat belt conveyor, one it goes through the first hammer mill the paper is shredded into small pieces about 15mm in size, the shredded paper passes through a screen and the paper comes out of the first hammer mill and then is fed into the second machine with a close clearance between the blades and the trip bars, this explodes the shredded paper into fluffy fibre. One ton of paper becomes 8 cubic meters of fluff. As the shredded paper is passing from machine 1 to machine 2 the chemicals are added at 17% Borasic acid and 10 % Borax by the screw conveyor , the chemicals and the shredded paper get mixed in the second machine in the fluff. The Fluff comes out of the second machine into a hopper with a filter to remove the dust, the fluff is exited from the machine into the bags.
