Wellhead adopts a single-layer or a double-layer casing head, the bottom is welded and is connected with an O-shaped ring, the wellhead can be provided with a ring bottom support disc. secondary seal can adopt various seal types including BT,P type, BES, etc., the seal is safe and reliable, and the operation is simple, tubing hanger adopts the mandrel type, rubber is triggered to seal by means of the squeezing of top thread, thread, thereby having the characteristics of big suspended load ,reliable seal ,etc., The valve on the X-mass tree adopts a hidden bar ,namely a seal structure behind the valve, thereby having the characteristics of small switching torque, simple on-line maintenance ,etc.
The X-mass tree of the integral type wellhead adopts an integral type structure, reduces leakage points, and increases safety, the tubing hanger of the submersible electric.
Pump wellhead is provided with a cable crosser hole and a capillary cable hole, and the underground safety valve controls the pipeline crossing hole.
Secondary seal of the metal seal wellhead can adopt RCMS type metal seal, the seal
is safe and reliable, the operation is simple, the tubing hanger and the casing hanger both adopt mandrel type, and XEMS metal is adopted to seal, thereby having the characteristics of reliable seal, strong anti-corrosion property, etc., the tubing hanger extending neck is sealed by SBMS metal. Nominal pressure of the metal seal wellhead can reach 20000psi,and the working temperature:-18°C~346°C.
Double-pipe wellhead device can simultaneously conduct well completion work of two wells on the same well position, either of the pipe columns of the double-pipe integral X-mass tree guarantees the two oil pipes to simultaneously conduct oil production without mutual threading and pressing, thereby satisfying different working conditions, and having safe work and reliable seal.
