LiaoNing LongYuan Industry Co.,Ltd is a very old professional researcher and manufacturer of metal abrasive products ,located in China’s old heavy industry zone the Liaoning Province,with the biggest metal abrasive production line in whole north east of China,and a strong technical cooperation with Northeast University and Shandong University for the support from their Material Science and Technology department, We’ve developed 7 series abrasive products including cast steel shot, cast steel grit, cast iron shot, cast iron grit ,steel cut wire shot, low-carbon cast-steel shot, ground steel cut wire shot, up to 9 kinds of abrasive products .Our product quality control system are certified by ISO11124 and ISO9001 standard.

We produce minimum 100,000 tons metal abrasive annually. Based on 20 million Yuan (RMB) of fixed assets, with a turnover of 250 million Yuan (RMB) per year before 2006 and reached a turnover of 450 million Yuan (RMB) in 2008. Our factory occupies 180,000 square meters and is located in LiaoNing LingYuan city, is 300km from ShenYang City, the capital city of LiaoNing province,and it’s 400km from Dalian port which is one of the biggest port in China. Our Branch in Dalian and Shenyang city is in charge of overseas sales.

Our company applied with modern advanced quality control system, strong technical force and modern equipments adopted, We strictly control the production procedure in quality inspection, the thickness filtration, auto select round, second annealing etc. Our products quality has up to the SAE(Society of Automotive Engineering) standard & passed the ISO(International Organization for Standardization)11124 standard, also the quality of ground steel cut wire shot have reached international excellence, passed the ISO9001 standard in year 2005 which is the system attestation of the quality management with qualified confirmation. Year 2006 LongYuan Brand achieve top ten metal abrasive brand in China market.Our Low Carbon Cast Steel Shot achieve the best innovation product prize in 2006 LiaoNing province innovation of the business enterprise technique exposition. In 2008, we built another new production line which occupies 80,000 square meters and adopted new technology of granularity controlling system and procedure from Russia Academy of Science. We’ve been the part of drafting and establishing the Chinese national standards for metal abrasives such as Cast Steel Shot & Cast Steel Grit, Low Carbon Cast Steel Shot which called China local GB standard. The products have been exported to more than 20 countries and regions and have got good comments from domestic and oversea users of foundry plant, forging plant, heat treatment shop, steel structure plant, container manufacturer, shipyard, auto and locomotive manufacturer and stone industries.
