BMC/DMC is the abbreviation of bulk/dough molding compound. The full name is unsaturated polyester fiberglass reinforced compound.
It is made up of unsaturated resin (as adhesive), e-glass fiber (as reinforced material) and various fillings and additives.
Because it is endowed with favorable electrical property, mechanical performance, heat resistance, anti corrosive, good flow property and uniformity, so it suits for products with complex structure and thin wall. It is used widely in industrial electric, household electric, electrical machine, auto accessory, architecture, articles for daily use, etc.
