EDGEV Ceramic cutting tools is an inorganic material, die-pressed and sintered using very fine and pure raw materials. These are oxide, carbide and nitride with high purity and fine microstructure. Since the ceramics is prepared by HIP process to condense completely, it is highly wear resistant and very strong against the fracture.

Solid CBN is made from HBN sintered under the process of supper high temperature and supper high press, the hardness approach the PCD cutting tools. These are chemistry and hot stability and high wear resistant than others cutting tool.
