- P84 Temperature Needle Punched Felt
- P84 needle punched felt has three main advantages 1.High temperature resistance. The working temperature is 260 ℃. It has great ability to deal with accidences. 2. Excellent chemical resistance. Decades of years of incineration house practice has proved the value of P84 bags, especially for acid gas and alkali dust filtration and collection. 3. Low converse washing pressure and great dust cleaning ability.
- Water and Oil Repellent Felt
- Our company treats the polyester felt, polypropylene felt, anti-static felt, and Aramid felt with the active fluoride. Each type of felt has obtained the ideal water and oil repellent effect. Not only the result achieves the national standard, but also the original appearances are all well kept. After treatment, those filter material can form the molecular barrier around the fiber, which may prevent water, dirt attaching and leaking. Compared with the common filter material, it has the water and oil repellent characteristics; moreover, it has the anti-cohesiveness and easiness for cake peeling off. This product is especially suitable for southern moist and rainy environments.
- Membrane Needle Punched Felt
- We use polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for membrane. Its surface is smooth with high air permeability, and it is waterproof. It can nearly retain all the particles in the dust gas, furthermore, it can guarantee the largest air flow rate but not increase the running resistance. It is the ideal filter material for dedusting. - Aramid Needle Punched Filter Felt
- Some industries request the material which can stand for high temperature. First, because the limitation of specific resistance, the electric dust collectors are not suitable, the bags are the only choice. Second, the cost will be very high or because of the space limitation, the temperature is very hard to be lowered to under 150 ℃. Third, because of composition of sulfur in the dust, there will be acid dew point. Therefore, the filtration has to be operated at the temperature above the acid dew point. It requests one type of chemical fiber which can stand for high temperature. We select the Nomex fiber of Du pont. Adopting the international advanced standard, we produce high-temperature needle punched felt.

- The Nomex Airslide belt is not only known for using special fabrics for Air slide belts used in pneumatic conveyor lines but also for introducing the Air slide for aeration and handling of powered materials in silos, hoppers and stacks which are used in cement works, lime factories, chemical plants and mining operations. The Air slides are available in rolls of 40mm or 50mm and heights up to 1400mm. They are made of either cotton, polyester, aramidic fibers. The multi-ply structure of fabrics, with different weights, thickness and permeability allows : Uniformity in the flow effect on the slide surface Great mechanical resistance to abrasion and tensile strength, a vast porosity range. - Polyester Filter Cloth
- Incinerators, coal fired boilers, chemical plants, excellent chemical resistance, high resistance to hydrolysis, and high resistance to heat.
- Polypropylene Filter Cloth
- The polypropylene fiber is great for acid proof, alkali proof, and great anti- abrasion (second only to the polyamide fiber). Polypropylene staple fiber is short, and hairy after being spun. While Polypropylene fiber is long, and the filament yarn is smooth, so the fabric made of filament yarn has larger tenacity than the fabric made of staple yarn, as well as greater air permeability. Filter fabric made of staple yarn has hair on the surface, so it is better than filter fabric made of filament yarn for dust collection and pressure filtration. While the fabric made of filament yarn has smooth surface and high air permeability, so it is suitable for liquid filtration. We have successfully equipped many filter presses in various industries with our polypropylene filter fabric.
- Polyamide(Nylon)
- The force of the polyamide fiber is the strongest among all the fibers; the tenacity is 4-5.3CNdtex, and the elongation is 18%-45%. The recovering ability is above 90% when elongation is around 10%. Its anti-abrasion is 10 times of the cotton fiber, and 50 times of viscose fiber. Wearability occupies the first place in various kinds of fibers, so it is an ideal material for rubber automobile tire making. Polyamide fiber has great alkali proof, but can only stand for weak acid. Under the condition of Nao (10% ), 95℃, 16 hours, the tenacity almost lose nothing. But polyamide fiber can not stand for sunlight. It will easily become fragile and change color, so polyamide fabric should not be exposed under the sunlight for a long time. It is used in the ceramics factory, the pharmaceutical factory, foodstuff industry, and metallurgy, etc., and it is more suitable for the rubber trade.
