• Automotive Chain
• Donghua automotive chain can be classified into four kinds: silent chain、roller chain、bush chain and Hy-Vo chain according to its structure ,which widely used in engine、transmission gear and power driving system etc. At present, the main pitch range is 6.35-12.7mm. • 1: Bonded Nd-Fe-b is manufactured by binding rapid-quenching Nd-Fe-B powders.
• 2: The rapid-quenching Nd-Fe-B powders is mixed with plastic resin to form a magnet by compression molding with epoxy and infection molding with nylon.
• 3: The injection molding has a particularly useful feature in large-quantity.
• 4: The injection molding’s magnets values are lower than the compression molding because of their relative low density.
• 5: The shapes of high dimensional accuracy can be produced without secondary processing.
