The Sampler is a cylindrical vessel from steel Х18Н10Т, corrosion-resistant to influence of the chemical substances, not giving spark, diameter 57 mm. A cover with the air union which is closed by fluoroplastic a plug is in the head of the case. The rod is passed through a plug for which the metal rope fastens.
The sampling by sampler PE-1620 is realized in the following way:
The sampling from bottom of the cask. . Close densely the air union by a plug. Lower a sampler with the closed air union up to the adjusted mark. Keeping for a rope, sharply to stir up a sampler and to leave on the given mark during 10 - 15 seconds. After filling to take a sampler from the tank (cistern) to turn off the top cover and to merge fuel into the clean dry cylinder or capacity for storage and transportations of sample.
The sampling from the set level. Measure a level of petroleum products in the tank (cisterns). Make calculation of levels of the sampling. (For example: top - middle - bottom, 1:3:1 for the vertical tank and 1:6:1 for the horizontal tank, from height 0,33 diameters of the railway or automobile tank from bottom internal forming). Measure on the rope of a sampler the received values. Lower a sampler with the closed air union up to the adjusted mark. Keeping for a rope, sharply to stir up a sampler and to leave on the given mark during 10 - 15 seconds. After filling to take a sampler from the tank (cistern). Decant petroleum products into capacity for preparation of the united sample.
