PE felt is most widely applied in the temperature between 130 C and 150 C, as well as its special properties as other needle punched felt, and it also has good anti-abrasion and higher ratio performance & price. Temperature resistance of Acrylic fiber needle punched filter felt is from 140 C to160 C, which has the best property of anti-acid, anti-alkali, hydrolysis resistant. A new needle felt is developed to overcome common PE felt�s shrinkage in long circumstance on the basis of other PE felt temperature of 130 C or up. It�s steady performance temperature is between 150 C and 170 C
