The machine includes the following main features:
Spray Fiuxer:
1) Oriental motor drives the flux spraying system. Spraying speed is
adjusted according to PCB board width and moving speed to ensure
even spraying all time.
2) From absorb type spraying system ensures stable and even spray
of flux. Different types of flux can be quickly changed without cleaning
the spraying system.
3) Durable “Meiji” brand nozzle from Japan is used. There is no need
to replace it frequently.
4) Oil/water separator is installed at the side of machine to regulate air
pressure and remove water in the air.
Preheating section:
1) 1 section Independent temperature regulation preheating area
provides sufficient preheating space.
2) Length 750mm
4) Heat is generated by Philip heaters for even temperature.
Lead-free Solder pot:
1) Anti corrosive Ti pot liner is suitable for lead-free process and is
durable.
2) Heating element is divided into three parts, each located on one
side of the tin pot. Within each part, three stainless steel U-shape
heating pipes are held by a set of cast copper and iron fixture and are
secured on the outer side of stainless steel pot liner. Therefore the pot
is evenly and quickly heated to avoid tin explosion. Tin leaking problem
related to traditional leaded tin pot with heating pipe located inside the
liner is avoided.
3) Double waves of tin pot are both of variable frequency stepless
model, with independent wave height control.
4) Durable dry-heat resistant heating pipes are located outside.
Software control system:
1) IPC/Siemens PLC control system provides premier reliability.
2) Standard configuration includes 3 PCB board temperature test
points, capable of measuring 3 temperature curves. All data and
curves can be analyzed and printed in the meantime.
3)Function of automatic overheat fault alarm is provided.
4)Stored parameters can be called instantly. Operation variable
settings are highly consistent in PCB process. Three temperature test
curves are provided and operation status of 1 year is recorded
automatically.
5)Machine can be powered on/off according to user date and time
settings.
