Perlite Expansion & Vitrification Furnace is invented by our factory director and senior engineer Kong Keqiang in February 2003, in the same year, He obtained patent for this kind of furnace,and it is the first one in the world to be put into industrial production, there are 30 furnaces which have already running for 5 years continually ,they are used to produce closed pearlite vitrified microspheres and hollow perlite vitrified microspheres .We use 6 microcomputers to full automatically control technology processes of closed pearlite vitrified microspheres such as sand softening,crystal water vapourization insantaneously ,size of hollow balling ,shell vitrified for water-proof and shell hardening. In the past five years in China ,80 percent of perlite vitrified microspheres used for wall heat insulation mortar were produced by our factory’s Perlite Expansion & Vitrification Furnace.At present, many countries in the world such as America, Canada, Australasia, Poland,Thailand,Russia and south Korea have gradually adopted our funaces to produce new wall heat preservation materials------ perlite vitrified microspheres.
In 2009, KKQ Perlite Expansion & Vitrification Furnace (Ⅲ) was invented ,we have achieved a revolutionary breakthrough in its performance such as energy-saving,heat insulating,vitrification rate,productivity and fault rate.It went into production successfully in Changda Heat Insulating Material Company in Xinyang, its output reaches up to 30 tons per day,which shocked domestic heat-insulating mortar industry,compared with the 20 sets of furances we sold to Xinyang company three years ago,output of KKQ Perlite Expansion & Vitrification Furnace (Ⅲ) is increased one times,power consumption is about 300kwh per hour,and its volume-weight is smaller, all of which make KKQ Perlite Expansion & Vitrification Furnace (Ⅲ) the first choice of many large enterprises.
