Reaction Silicon carbide is pressed into blank ring with α-SIC and the additive .It contact with the liquid state silicon in the high temperature. The graphite in the blank ring reaction with the in filtered Si produce β-SIC and it combine withα-SIC. The free silicon fills the porosity then we gain the high dense material. It can be used in the moderate concentration acid or alkali medium.
