Continuous Belt Conveyor Boat-less Reduction Furnace for Super Fine Powder can be used for calcination and reduction of super fine and middle particle size metal powder.
The furnace does not need boat pushing system, feeding material is automatically sprayed onto the belt. The equipment has a large output and stable product quality with high automation degree. Specially designed sealing system can ensure the recycle of superfluous hydrogen. Every sector has its independent temperature control system including thermal couples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to ensure precise control of temperature.It will be substitute of tube type furnaces.
