High Quality Raymond Mill Applications:
Raymond mill machine is used for grinding barite, limestone, kaolin, ceramic and other materials below a hardness of 9.3 Mohs.
Non-inflammable and non-explosive materials in the mining, metallurgical, industrial, chemical engineering and building material industries are all available.
This equipment is suitable for fine powder generation and processing. The product size is adjustable between 80-425 (1000 the finest) meshes. It is possible to produce 30 - 80 mesh coarse powder through a special device in the machine.
High Quality Raymond Mill Function
In the main frame, a 100 - 1,500kg powered pressure spring is fixed to the roller suspender. After the grinder is put into effect, the roller rotates around the main shaft, and rolls closely against the ring pressed by the high pressure spring and centrifugal force. With a rolling pressure ratio that is 1.2 times higher than that of the Raymond grinder under the same power conditions, production output is raised substantially.
When a certain degree of roller and ring wear occurs, it is recommended to adjust the length of the spring to maintain the constant pressure between the roller and the ring and maintain stable output.
