Introduction:
This machine is especially designed for medicine, food factories and it has the features of beautiful figure, convenient operation, complete functions, adjustable plate distance, easy mould replacement, stable quality etc. So it is a first-selected machine for top-grade medicine packages especially for which are sensitive to moisture and light. The machine can be used together with aluminum mould, conforms to GMP standard and deeply accepted by most customers.
Performance features:
1. Speed reducer, main-rotating connection, main shaft are on one line(to decrease driving error)for mechanical transmission
2. Sensor controls are adopted in pneumatic system. PLC control makes the whole machine run smoothly, keeps synchronous stability during the products are to be packed in multi-labor, long-distance.
3. Automatic feeding, plate heating, pressing and forming, top and bottom netting, air cylinder thermal sealing, automatic creasing and bar coding, manipulator traction, stable running.
4. Fission assembly is at the machine body, which is convenient for users to enter decorated clean workshop successfully.
Note: cursor follow-up plate sealing device is optional.
