We can supply several kinds of precision springs, compression spring ,extension spring, torsion spring, irrugular shape spring
Specifications
- COMPRESSION SPRINGS
- Compression springs are open-coil helical springs that resist compressive axial loads. The most common form of this spring is a cylindrical helix formed from round wire, with closed, square-ground ends. However, other geometries (concave, convex, conical) and wire shapes (square, rectangular, etc.) are in use. Also possible are a variety of different end geometries
- EXTENSION SPRINGS
- Extension springs are used to resist tensile axial loads, and may be of either the open- or closed-coil variety. Closed-coil springs are usually manufactured with an 'initial tension' that must be overcome before deflection will occur. Literally hundreds of different end configurations are possible for connecting the spring to the load; the most common are crossover, machine, and extended hooks.
- TORSION SPRINGS
- Torsion springs are used to provide resistance in a variety of angular (torque) loading conditions, the most common being hinges and other similar applications. The most common torsion spring are pictured to the right, with one closed-coil winding and two straight ends
- TORSION SPRINGS
- Double torsion springs offer higher precision and consist of two coils wound in opposite directions. They provide more balanced loading at the cost of increased design complexity and production cost
