The 986 is a high performance cross-country frame, ideal for competition. The HM carbon construction provides optimal rigidity for ideal efficiency. The mixed monocoque and tube to tube design also features the integrated and adaptable E-Post System with the Reverse 5 clamp system. The 2010 model also features the BB30 bottom bracket option, as well as our new in-molded Nanometal down tube protection (These options are only available on the 986 Black/White). Frame weight comes in a mere 1200g with an uncut seat tube.
