Inline Flat Dripper Mould with Cold Runner
Inline Flat Dripper Mould with Cold Runner is a kind of plastic injection mould used to produce inline flat drippers which are used for drip tape. The mould use cold runner system.
1. The mould adopts cold runner system, usually with 32 or 64 cavities.
2. Fine quality mould steel of S136H(HRC48-50) imported from Sweden is adopted for the mould cavity, as makes lifespan of the mould reaching over one million shots.
3. Mould base is from LKM of Shanghai.
4. The machining accuracy for the mould can reach ±0.01mm, and roughness can reach Ra0.08.
5. The dripper manufacture deviation Cu is less than 1%.
6. The deviation factor for dripper flow rate is less than 5%.
7. Mould is designed with 2D/3D drawing, which can be offered to customers as technical support.
8. The flow rate, diameter and length for dripper shall be designed and made according to samples or request from customers.
9. Mould shot period is around 12 seconds.
10. Water circulation is adopted for cooling of the mould.
11. An even and balanced subsurface gate is adopted for the mould cavity structure, with drippers pushed out by mandrils, so automatic production can be achieve
