LeadMould was established in 1997. We are the designer, creator and manufacturer of comprehensive precise plastic injection moulds. Our factory occupies 7000 square meters area and we can make 800~1000 sets of moulds annually. We have years of experience in manufacturing export-molds. We can use DME and HASCO standards to make the mould depending on customers' demands. Our moulds are mainly exported to Europe, America, Australia, and Japan. At the same time, we make moulds for factories which been owned by foreign capital of Japan, Germany, U.S.A. and Taiwan and some domestic-investment enterprises who makes moulds in China.
We have advanced facilities and high technology to make perfect precision moulds for our customers. Our plant is implemented the modernized manufacturing mode and management system in the whole production line. For mold design, NC programming and flowing analysis, we adopt international advanced software on it.
There are 30 full-time designers in our engineering team presently. The R&D can offer 3D modeling and structuring. We use a series of advanced cartography software to provide customers with powerful supports on design to guarantee high grade design.
There is independent department to inspect products. It has full-time engineering and career personnel and it's formed a complete set of advanced production checkout equipments to guarantee the processing from material prepare to finished products. It can make effective control in the whole machining line. We have passed ISO9001:2000 certificate and follow the quality system strictly.
