The three rollers ,with parallel arrangement, rotate at different velocity to squeeze,rub,shear and grind the materials.It is mainly used to grind all kinds of paints, printing ink, ink, paint pigments, paints, food, chocolate, cosmetics, medicine, and other paste materials (not including those mighe cause the corrosion of the rollers).
The three rolls of the machine are made of the cold hard alloy material and grinded on the special convex abrasive machine, so that the effective working surface of rollers are slightly convex.Therefore, because the rollers expand with heat and contract with cold, in the process of grinding the machine has automatic compensation to extend the service life, as well as increases the grinding efficiency and fineness.
In accordance with the original fineness, hardness,and toughness,materials can be grinded once, twice or more times ,and ultimately to achieve the required fineness (generally about 3-18 microns , determined by the fineness board).
