- LTC3H Hydraulic Double-drum Vibratory Roller
- LTC3H vibratory roller is full hydraulic double wheel drive, double-drum vibration, articulated, tandem and vibratory compaction machinery, applicable for the maintenance of highways and roads, as well as the compaction of the municipal engineering, stadium and building construction, especially the compaction of asphalt concrete.
- LTC3H is composed of the articulated main frame, vibration wheel, power plants, hydraulic travel, hydraulic vibration, hydraulic steering, manipulation, electrical appliances and sprinkler systems and other major components.
- The power unit is CCZN390Q four-stroke water-cooled regular diesel engine installed at the front frame, and the vibration damper equipped between the diesel engine and front frame can isolate the vibration from the engine to the frame. Engine power outputs in two ways: One is the flywheel through the elastic coupling to drive the hydraulic pump and the vibration pump; the other is the front gear of the diesel engine driving the gear oil pump to provide the power for the steering.
- The hydraulic system is composed of one travel pump and two travel motors , which separately adopts SAUER piston pump and POCLAIN radial piston motor made by America and France. The diesel engine drives travel pump, and the travel pump through hydraulic oil drives two motors, and then travel motor drives the front and rear two drums. By the joystick, the driver can operate the step-less shift gears. When the joystick through the neutral position to the opposite, the direction will change. If the driver brakes the roller when traveling, only control the joystick in neutral. The high-pressure relief valve on the travel pump can protect the hydraulic system.
- The vibration system consists of a vibration pump, two vibration motors and oscillator valve. Vibration pump and vibration motor use gear pump and gear motor. Diesel engine drives vibration pump, and the vibration pump through the hydraulic oil drives on the two-wheel vibration motors, the vibration motor through the coupling drives the inside eccentric shaft to generate power. The dashboard switch controls the on-off of the oscillator valve to control the start-up and stop vibration. The oscillator valve with the high-pressure relief valve protects hydraulic system.
- The achievement of the parking or emergency braking depends on brake device installed in the travel motor, which adopts break-up oil brake, when the engine starts,, through oil pressure loosening the brake to drive the roller. When the engine or hydraulic system failed, the brake will automatically implement; Temporary parking, only need dashboard switch on the brake to achieve braking. This switch can also be used for emergency braking.
- The steering system uses full hydraulic steering and the cylinder can make the manipulation flexible. Electrical systems install front and rear lighting equipment useful for night and foggy weather. Both front and rear wheels equipped with scrapes and electrical water sprinkler can keep the surfaces of wheels clean.
- The cab board installed in the rear frame is equipped with speeds reducer to isolate the vibration transferred to the operation board. The board fitted with anti-roller planes protects the safety of drivers.
