Document Workspaces are centralized Web-based repositories that provide files, tasks, and lists of links and team members and are accessible through the Shared Workspace task pane. Send shared attachments in Microsoft Outlook®, and recipients can choose to open a local copy to work from, or check the shared workspace to find and download a more current version.
