Gear pump 2CY applies to delivering non-corrosive lubricating-oil or equivalent liquid without solid particles and fibres at temperature below 80℃ and with the viscosity of 5×10-6～1.5×10-3m2/s(5～1500cst).It applies to hydraulic System,too.
Application :
1.Gearpump gives performance as Transfer pump or booster pump in oil delivery system.
2.Gearpump can perform as fuel pump for delivery,pressurization and ejection in feul supply system.
3. Gearpump can be used as hydraulic pump in hydraulic driving system.
4. Gearpump can be applied as Lub oil pump in all industry filed.
2CY series gear pumps are mainly composed of gears, axles, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves and axle-end seals,etc.The nitriding treated gears have the advantage of higher hardness and wear properyt, andthey rotate with the axles inside the rep; aceable bearing sleeves . All of pump’s parts can be lubricated by delivered medium when working.
