The main components of the machine are oxygen-enriched membrane module and vacuum pump. Oxygen-enriched membrane has an attribute that molecules penetrate it at a different speed, so the nitrogen and oxygen separate from each other. This allows air to be produced containing approx 30% density of oxygen. Bacteria and other various types of viruses are not allowed to permeate the membrane.
Vacuum pump is to make the pressure discrepancy so as to enforce air penetrate the membrane units.
