We specialize in the researching & manufacturing of high performance custom molded polyurethane elastomer parts, and casting polyurethane parts. Equipped with advanced fabrication facilities and laboratory, we have more than 10 years' experience on polyurethane elastomer production, and we enjoyed high reputation in Chinese PUR industry.

Our target is providing high performance polyurethane parts to fit customer's strict requirements. Our products includes casting polyurethane elastomer(CPU) and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU).

CPU products include PU covered rollers, PU covered wheels, forklift PU wheels, abrasive resistance PU lining, PU drum material for flexible seal production, PU solvent resistant squeegees, high performance punch bumpers, abrasive resistance PU inner covered lining, PU sheets, PU bar and other parts made of PUR. Our manufacture starts at prepolymer compounding, so that we can compound special prepolymer for customer's special product. So far in our CPU system, isocyanate includes TDI, MDI, NDI, PPDI, TODI, IPDI, and CHDI. Polymer includes polyester and polyether. Hardness scale of our products is from very soft shore A5 to very hard shore D85. Our products can meet the most customers’ needs.

TPU products include PU V-belts, smooth surface round belts, rough surface round belts, pentagon belts, PU extrusion tubes and other TPU extrusion sections. Our PEPSON brand PU belt has become famous brand in China.
