Other factors include your budget and how you use your instrument. Different players have different needs so whether you are a professional, beginner, hobbyist or collector, we will find the instrument that fits your needs best.

Purchasing an instrument from us is just the start of the relationship. You will also receive periodic coupons; first chance offers on newly released gear, invites to private sales and clinics from top players.

If that wasn't good enough, we offer a free professional three stage cleaning and polishing for as long as you own your instrument. This may sound unnecessary, but after a year or two of rocking out, things can get a little grimy.

We won't lie to you. We are in business to make money; we all have to eat right? We're not giving this stuff away. However, we feel our prices are very competitive. We try hard to make every sale a win-win situation for everyone. We also offer 30-day price protection. If you see your item advertised for less within 30 days, we will refund the difference to you if you can show us the ad.

We will be there for you when you need us. Unfortunately, not all instruments behave like they should after they are purchased. Some need a little care -- a sad fact. We will work with the manufacturer to see that the warranty is followed to the letter and the work is done in a timely manner. Often, we can supply a free loaner in the interim.
