TSD die blank is thermally stable up to 1000 degrees Celsius in an Inert or reducing atmosphere, and can be mounted at high temperature with high strength metal setting powders. TSD is not electrically conductive and can be drilled and shaped by ultrasonic and laser etc, EDM not recommended. TSD die blank is recommended for high temperature tungsten and molybdenum wire drawing.
