This machine is equipped with master machine, hydraulic control system, plc controlling system, auxiliary machine, and electrical controlling system.
Being a frame structure, this machine consists of eight frame plates, eight groups of cylinders, plunger, flange, backer, two heating plate, upper cross girder, lower platform and so on. The lower platform and heating plate are mounted above the backer. The hydraulic oil makes the plunger together with the lower platform and heating plate rise. Several slide blocks are mounted in the four corners of the platform to guarantee its smooth sliding.
