Solubility: To prepare water soluble Coenzyme Q10 solution (10ml) whose concentration is 1mg/ml. Distilled water is used. The solution shall be extracted by ultrasonic for 1 hour and be centrifugalized for 10 minutes at the speed of 2000r/min. The content of clear solution shall be measured. (In case of Coenzyme Q10, the solubility of it shall not be lower than 95 %. )
