The 3LPE Coating Plant is a production line designed and applied to manufacture anticorrosive coating to the steel pipes which are used for transporting oil, gas, water and etc. It belongs to a technique that integrates FBE in North America and protective PE layer in Europe and has been improved with our own technique. The coating produced by the plant varies from single-layer (FBE), double-layer (adhesive and PE) to triple-layer (FBE, adhesive and PE).
This production line mainly consists of a pipe conveyer system, a pipe heating system, a pipe surface treatment system, a pipe dust removing system, an electrostatic spraying system, an extruding and coating system, a water cooling system, an end cutting system, a hydraulic pressure and pneumatic system, an inspection and test system and an electric control system.
