- Electrical Contact Components
- Contact Components are widely used in low voltage electrical appliances and households, such as Switch, Relay, Thermal Controller, Circuit Breaker, Contactor, Controller, Timer, etc.
- Silver/Silver Alloy Contact Wire
- The characteristics as follows:
- 1. Adopting the manufacturing methods of sintering and extrusion, their density can achieve up to 99.9%. Meanwhile, the 2nd structure in silver base becomes fibers shape, which direction is vertical to the surface of electrical contacts, all these characteristics improve highly physical mechanism and arc corrosion resistance functions of the materials.
- 2. According micro-elements to AgNi/AgCu/AgSnO2/AgSn2In2O3/AgZnO2/AgCdO wires can take effects of dispersioneffects of dispersion and aggrandizement, improve mechanism strengthen, ameliorate fusion, arc corrosion and electricity abrasion resistance of materials.
- 3. Adopting chemical cladding, co-deposition, mechanic alloy and oxidized methods. It makes material micro crystal, uniformity, non extraction, non oxide vacancy, with superior quality contact wire.
- Silver Alloy Wire can be used to manufacture rivet contacts and contact bridges by automatic welding machine. They are widely applied in low voltage electrical appliances, such as contactor, relay, starter, voltage controller, automobile etc.
- Electrical Contact Points/Plates
- Contact Rivets are made by Cold Pressure Welding Machine, and main products include:
- Bi-metal electrical contacts: Ag/Cu, FAg/Cu, AgNi/Cu, AgSnO2/Cu, AgSnO2In2O3/Cu, AgCu/Cu, AgZnO/Cu, AgCdO/Cu, etc.
- Tri-metal electrical contacts: Ag/Cu/Ag, FAg/Cu/FAg, AgNi/Cu/AgNi, AgSnO2/Cu/AgSnO2, AgSnO2In2O3/Cu/AgSnO2In2O3, AgZnO/Cu/AgZnO, AgCdO/Cu/AgCdO.
- Precious Clad Metal Strips
- Precious Clad Metal is a new technical material, based on different industry needs, formed by advanced indoor temperature composite technology or Hot Composite Technique. It is rolled with different characteristic material strips composite alloy material and base material strip. Their alloy and base material characteristic are well preserved, and their compound characteristic are very good, esp., its electrical character and its wearability aremuch better than single precious metal contact material (such as gold and silver). Beside, it is a saving of precious metal, keeping low cost and consistency of social development.
Features
- Electrical Contacts/Rivets
- The characteristics as follows:
- 1. There are two kinds of composite methods in Contact Rivet: head layer, and both head and foot layer. Composite layer can use Ag, Au, Pd, Pt and its alloy materials; base material generally chooses pure copper which has better formation and electricity conductivity. Precious metal materials are only compounded atessential contact position of Electrical Contacts so that they can economize precious metal, reduce the cost of Electrical Contacts and benefits the development of society.
- 2. It is much easier to choose layer alloy material than monometal contact rivet.Although precious metal alloy materials has excellent electrical contact function, they are not durable than composite rivets contacts in use.
- 3. Composite Contact Rivet apply to continuous automatically production. After riveting, they don't need other manufacturing technical methods (such as electroplating, welding etc).
- Electrical Contact Components
- There are mainly three kinds of Electrical Contact Component:
- 1. Riveting Parts: contact is riveted on copper component
- 2. Welding Parts: sheet contact is welded on copper component
- 3. Stamping Parts: precious clad metal is stamped into contact bridge component

- Precious Clad Metal Strips
- Characteristics as follows:
- 1. Offer flexibility of material design, being able to produce the electrical contact with high mechanical and electrical contact characteristics.
- 2. Save precious metal materials with low price, as precious metal is only used in electrical contact spots.
- 3. Precious Clad Metal material is suitable for continuous automatically manufacture. It no needs other manufacture process, such as welding or soldering after its formation. It simplifies manufacturing process of electrical parts with high productivity and low cost and raises the assembly precision credibility of electrical component.
- Trimetal Electrical Contacts
- The characteristics as follows:
- 1. There are two kinds of composite methods in Contact Rivet: head layer, and both head and foot layer. Composite layer can use Ag, Au, Pd, Pt and its alloy materials; base material generally chooses pure copper which has better formation and electricity conductivity. precious metal materials are only compounded atessential contact position of Electrical Contacts so that they can economize precious metal, reduce the cost of Electrical Contacts and benefits the development of society.
