GH-CNC20 spring forming machine consists of cam axis, wire feeding axis, rotation core and rolling axis. The mechanical part has eight sliding houses.

1. GH-CNC20 spring forming machine consists of cam axis, wire feeding axis, rotation core and rolling axis. The mechanical part has eight sliding houses.
2. The crank and cam rotation have three mechanical action types: extrusion, punching and molding.
The computerized cam rotation system can be set from 0.1~359.9". Every two wire feeding wheels is one group,there are two groups .
3. GH-CNC20 machine is equipped with ADT-CNC502 computer. The computer system can save 1000 material numbers. Axis location, feeding data, production speed and production output are displayed on the screen. The program data can be set and changed easily.
4. The rotation core system is installed on the axis. The axis can rotate leftwards and rightwards. The rolling axis is installed on the sliding house. The cam rotate is up to 360". more than that can come leftwards and rightwards or the rotation of the cam in a specific.
5. For various tension springs, like English type and German type, a secondary processing house is installed on the main machine. The secondary processing house can be driven by one 1kw servo motor. The cylinder arm can take the semi-finished tension springs manufactured by the main machine and pass them to such secondary processing house.
6. The control programming and cam system of the secondary processing house can work independently, so the production speed can be improved.
